My spin on the cult-classic Harmonic Percolator, a unique circuit that excels both at low gain drive and all-out fuzz. This pedal combines all my favourite parts of this quirky circuit, including:
Vintage Germanium 2n2048 and Silicon 'House number' transistors
Three-way clipping selector for asymmetrical germanium (compressed), symmetrical silicon (more open) and no diodes (loud)
Separate internal bias adjustment trimmers for each transistor to tweak the circuit for more headroom or more 'splat'. These have been set for a middle-ground between the two.
Assembled with vintage and NOS components
